Renewable monitoring companies Inaccess and SenseOne Technologies have announced that they have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement.
Under the agreement Inaccess will acquire SenseOne Technologies UK after a foreseen transaction. The deal will see Inaccess assume control of SenseOne’s pvSense product line and its solar PV related operations worldwide.
Inaccess predicts that following the completion of the SenseOne UK acquisition, the company will be monitoring more than 1,200 solar arrays representing in excess of 1.5GW of capacity across Europe, Asia and North America.
