Navigant Research: Global miniature solar PV, solar photovoltaic home systems market to reach USD 2.1 billion by 2024

A recent report from Navigant Research (Boulder, Colorado, US) analyzes the emerging global market for solar photovoltaic (PV) consumer products, and finds that world-wide revenue from “pico” solar and solar home systems is expected to grow from USD 538 million in 2014 to more than USD 2.1 billion in 2024. Miniature solar PV systems, including “pico” solar and solar photovoltaic home systems, are moving rapidly from specialized niches for enthusiasts and early adopters into the mainstream, according to Navigant Research.
