Enphase posts record quarterly revenue with more expected

Roth & Rau shares to be delisted from Frankfurt Stock Exchange

PV equipment specialist and subsidiary of Meyer Burger, Roth & Rau said it was preparing to delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company noted that the delisting decision was due the low level of shares trading on the exchange and lack of benefit to costs of trading shares. Roth & Rau expects the suspension of share trading in around 6 weeks. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange was once home to large number of German-based PV companies that spanned the entire supply chain. However, a string of bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions has decimated the sector and left only a handful of companies listed, such as SMA Solar, Phoenix Solar, Singulus Technologies and SolarWorld. EDF, Amundi to cooperate in asset management aimed at financing energy transition, wind power and solar photovoltaic investment

The EDF Group (Paris, France) and asset management firm Amundi, on October 29th, 2014 announced their partnership for the creation of a joint asset management company to raise funds from institutional and retail investors and to manage on behalf of third parties funds intended to finance projects relating to energy transition. EDF will contribute to this project its privileged access to investment opportunities within the energy sector. The Group will be a driving force behind investment for project development, implementation and operation, EDF notes. Amundi will provide its investment structuration skills as well as its fund-raising capabilities. Read more

Phoenix Solar AG renews financing through to the end of September 2016; CEO to exit by the end of the year

Phoenix Solar AG (Sulzemoos, Germany), an international solar photovoltaic (PV) system integrator listed in Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, on November 4th, 2014 closed an agreement with its financing banking syndicate which renews the existing financing through to September 30th, 2016.
