Fitch releases pre-sale report for Topaz Solar Farms' series B notes

On April 10th, 2013, Fitch Ratings has issued a pre-sale report for Topaz Solar Farms LLC's USD 250 million series B senior secured notes due 2039. Fitch expects to assign a BBB rating to Topaz's notes. The rating agency also upgraded Topaz's existing pari-passu USD 850 million series A senior secured notes due 2039 to BBB from BBB- based on the expected transaction. New Energy Capital commissions 5 MW PV plant in Ohio

On April 10th, 2013, New Energy Capital Cleantech Infrastructure Fund (Hanover, New Hampshire, US) announced that it has commissioned the 5 megawatt (MW) Celina Solar Project I in the City of Celina, Ohio. The solar photovoltaic (PV) plant will produce enough power to meet up to 8% of the city's total energy demand, proving competitively priced renewable electricity to the city's municipal grid.
