DayStar acquires 20% equity interest in Premier Global Holdings

On February 6th, 2013, DayStar Technologies Inc. (Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada) announced that its board of directors has approved the acquisition of a 20% equity ownership in privately-held Premier Global Holdings Corp. (British Columbia, Canada). Premier Global Holdings has demonstrated solar photovoltaic (PV) cells that are the first to combine energy generation and power storage in one cell.
