REC ASA modules rank first in Photon Laboratory's 2011 module field performance test

On January 25th, 2012 Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC, Sandvika, Norway) announced that its solar photovoltaic (PV) modules were ranked first place in Photon Laboratory's 2011 module field performance test. The year-long study measured energy yield, and during the test, REC states that its modules generated more electricity than 45 other module brands, including both thin-film and crystalline silicon technology.
