OCI Enterprises has completed its purchase of CornerStone Power Development, which will now operate under OCI Enterprises new business unit: OCI Energy. CornerStone Power will continue operations under the name of OCI Solar Power in order to further develop OCI?s global initiatives to promote green energy, including the anticipation of having 700MW under development by 2013.
