The Wattner Group has finalized its purchase of the 12MW solar park, Sietzsch, near the Leipzig airport in Germany. Considered one of the largest solar parks in the country and covering over 81 acres in an industrial area, Sietzsch has crystalline solar modules from both BP Solar and IBC Solar. Ulrich Uhlenhut, managing director of Wattner, stated that over the next year, he anticipates the solar plant to reach an investment volume worth ?250 million.
