S.A.G. Solarstrom AG are a provider of high-quality photovoltaic plants configured individually for their customers. The group installs efficient plants of all sizes, both in Germany and abroad. S.A.G. offer all the services that are required over the complete life... cycle of photovoltaic plants and produce sustainable solar energy in their own plants. These plants, together with more than ten years of experience, form the basis of the
continuously developing technical competence of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG.
The company was founded in 1998 and is considered to be one of the pioneers of the solar sector. Approximately 200 specialists work at the four locations in Germany as well as in the foreign subsidiaries.

Photovoltaic Installations from S – XXL
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG provides a complete, turn-key service for photovoltaic installations from S – XXL, no matter whether the installation is intended for a home owner’s own roof, as an investment on a leased roof, or as a ground-mounted system. S.A.G.’s solar project managers will also find suitable sites for large investors, calculate profitability, arrange the technical due diligence check, install the system, operate, monitor and maintain it. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG provides a one-stop service for the complete solar life cycle spanning from yield report, system configuration, project planning and mounting to operational management, regular maintenance, monitoring and optimization.

Monitoring, Optimization and Services
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG is a competent partner for all services concerning photovoltaic plants. The wholly owned subsidiary meteocontrol in Augsburg, for example, monitors 19,000 photovoltaic plants worldwide with a total output of more than 2.5 GWp and thus belongs to the international market leaders. meteocontrol can rely on more than 30 years of experience. meteocontrol also offers highly valid radiation data from satellite measurements. In Europe alone, meteocontrol has access to more than 700,000 radiation values per hour – both current values and historical values over the last
15 years. This enables the sites that are most suitable for photovoltaic installations to be precisely determined.


Solar Power plants
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG are convinced that it is worthwhile to invest in photovoltaic. This is why the company systematically invests in own plants. S.A.G. solar parks have a total output of 20 megawatt, corresponding to an energy output of 20 million kWh per year, making an important contribution to the company's earnings. These plants also provide valuable data on long-term operation, energy yield and maintenance requirements. This information is used by the company to continually develop energy effiency further and to align components on an optimum basis.
